Thank you for shopping with Haus of Drip! Each paintable bear kit is carefully packaged and inspected before it ships. Because our products are used for crafting and contain consumable materials (paint, brushes, etc.), all sales are considered final.

No Returns or Exchanges

• We do not accept returns or exchanges once your order has been delivered.

• Please be sure to review your order carefully before checkout.

Damaged or Defective Items

• If your item arrives damaged or with missing pieces, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

• To speed up resolution, include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

• We’ll be happy to send replacements for damaged or missing items at no extra cost.

Cancellations

• Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, as we begin preparing shipments quickly.
