Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently offer:

• Economy (5–8 business days)

• Standard (3–4 business days)

• Priority options may be available at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.

Lost or Damaged Packages
Haus of Drip is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If this occurs, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. If you need assistance, reach out to us at Contact@Hausofdripbears.com.

Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for ensuring that a correct shipping address is provided at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses cannot be refunded.
